Put Claude to work across your firm.

Atlantic Labs sets Claude up on the work your team repeats every week: proposal decks, client reports, email replies and meeting briefings, built from your own files and templates. Then your team is trained to run it. A person on your team checks everything before a client sees it.

Two owners, in their own words.

My time is cut in half for a higher quality deliverable. Garrett Ira, founder, Method Revenue, a marketing agency
“I went from knowing nothing to being confident using these tools daily in my practice. I’m a lawyer, not a developer, and he made this technology genuinely usable for me.”

Clients notice when a reply comes back the same day and the report arrives every month. Your team can give them that.

What Atlantic Labs sets up at your firm

Each one runs from your firm’s own files and templates, inside the tools your team already opens. Your team reviews the result before it goes anywhere.

Client proposal decks

Strategic Wealth Partners. Claude turns a prospect’s brokerage statements into the firm’s branded proposal deck. An hour per client now takes ten minutes.

Monthly client reports

Method Revenue. Client reports now go out monthly instead of quarterly, and the founder’s time on each one is cut in half.

From a free hour to a working setup

  1. A free Claude 101. One hour, hands-on, with your whole team, on the work they already do.
  2. A workflow review, $300 to $500. A written list of the tasks worth setting up, and the ones to skip. If you go ahead, the fee comes off the setup.
  3. One recurring task set up, from $5,000. Pick one of the six above. It is fitted to your templates and tools, and works from your firm’s own files: prices, policies, templates and past work.
  4. Your team uses it on real work. One round of changes follows, based on what your team says.
  5. You pay for the setup once it fits. Your firm keeps everything that was set up, and your team is trained to change it.

What owners ask first

What does it cost?

The Claude 101 is free. Everything after it is priced up front, before any work starts.

Is client data safe?

The Claude 101 needs no client data at all. A task that gets set up runs in your firm’s own Claude account and the tools you already use, and a person on your team checks anything before it leaves the firm.

The firm already pays for ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude. Why bring in help?

The subscription is a strong start. On its own it doesn’t know your templates, your past work or how your team writes. Atlantic Labs connects it to your firm’s own files, fits it to your work and trains your team, and you pay for the setup once it fits.

Can it make things up?

It works from your firm’s own files, and a person checks anything before it reaches a client.

Will this replace anyone on the team?

No. It takes the repetitive part of the work off their desk, and they stay the ones who check it and send it.

What if the team doesn’t use it?

Then you don’t pay for the setup. There is no deposit: payment waits until your team has used it on real work and one round of changes is made, usually two to three weeks after delivery.

Will the firm depend on Atlantic Labs?

No. Your firm keeps everything that was set up, and your team is trained to change it. Any later work is priced up front.
