Atlantic Labs AI LLC runs atlanticlabs.ai. I'm Adam Walker, and I run the company myself, so this page says plainly what happens to information that reaches me through the site.
What the site collects
The site has no forms, accounts or sign-ups. You can email me, or book a call through my Google Calendar booking page, which Google runs and which shows me the name and email you enter.
- Email. When you email me, I receive your address and whatever you write. My email runs on Google Workspace. I use your message to reply and to work with you. I don't sell your address or your message, and I don't add you to a mailing list.
- Hosting. Cloudflare hosts the site. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare also hides my email address from spam bots with a small script that runs in your browser. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits for me, such as which pages are viewed and how fast they load, without using cookies.
- Advertising measurement. When measurement is switched on, every page loads the Google tag, whether or not you came from an ad. Google then receives the page you're viewing, the page that sent you there, your IP address, basic browser and device details, and a signal when you click my email address. Google may also set cookies. Google uses this to report which of my ads led to clicks on my email address. A click doesn't tell me who you are or whether you sent an email.
Ads and cookies
I don't use remarketing, and ad personalization is switched off for this site everywhere.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, advertising and analytics cookies are off by default. In that case the Google tag can still send Google limited signals without cookies, such as the fact that a click happened.
Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can manage the ads Google shows you at myadcenter.google.com.
Google Ads API
I use a small internal tool, connected through Google sign-in, to read Google Ads accounts I operate. It reads account details, campaign performance and keyword planning data such as search volume and bid estimates. I use it only to plan and manage my own advertising. It isn't offered to anyone else, and it doesn't handle information about visitors to this site.
The tool's sign-in tokens stay on a device I control and aren't shared. Data the tool retrieves, such as keyword research and campaign reports, is saved to my own business files, used only for my own advertising, and kept only while it's useful for that. Atlantic Labs AI LLC's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The account owner can revoke the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Sharing and keeping information
I don't sell or rent personal information. Personal information goes only to the services named on this page, or to others where the law requires it. I keep email for as long as I need it to work with you and to keep ordinary business records.
To see or delete what I hold about you, email me and I'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
