In progress at SunQuest Cruises

Their SharePoint became something the team can ask questions of: pricing, inventory, packages and frequently asked questions, indexed from the files they already had. No migration, no rewriting a season of brochures into articles.

On top of it, each incoming inquiry will get a draft reply written from those documents, waiting in the planner's mailbox. The planner checks the price and the availability, then sends it.

Claude will be able to write drafts in each planner’s mailbox but not to send them, so nothing goes out by accident. The company’s documents are read on its own systems, without passing through an outside service.

The same setup, for your business

A company knowledge base

over your own pricing, packages and policies.

Drafted email replies

a person checks and sends.

Client booking

with the invitation, the meeting link and the payment link together.

Proposals

built from the same pricing the knowledge base reads.

Meeting notes filed to the client record.

Works with the tools you already use

SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Drive, Gmail, Planning Pod, Square and Stripe. Where your event planning software or catering software has an interface, Atlantic Labs connects to it.

Questions

  1. Do documents leave the company’s systems?

No. They are read on the company’s own systems.

  2. Can it send an email by mistake?

No. It holds no send permission.

  3. What about out of date pricing?

Superseded documents are marked so answers come from the current one.

  4. Where does it start?

With the knowledge base, so the answers are right before any reply is drafted.
