Set up for People Project

An introduction email goes in. The company is researched live, three records are created and deduplicated against what the firm already holds, and the New Client Overview document is written in the firm's own format and linked back to the records.

It refuses to invent. When a detail cannot be corroborated it appears as something to confirm on the call, rather than as a finding. A contact is only attached when the name and profile agree, so research never lands on the wrong person.

The same setup, for your firm

Prospect research for business development, written before the first call.

Pre-meeting briefings, with the company, the people and the history in one place.

Candidate write ups pushed into the system, rather than copied by hand. Recruiterflow's interface supports notes, candidate updates, ratings and files.

Meeting notes filed to the right record, so candidate relationship management stops meaning retyping.

A knowledge base

over your own placements, scorecards and process documents.

Works with the tools you already use

Recruiterflow as both applicant tracking system and client database, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, Granola and other recorders, Outlook and Google Workspace. Where your executive search software or staffing software has an interface, Atlantic Labs connects to it.

Questions

  1. Can it invent details?

It is set up not to. Anything it cannot confirm is flagged as a question for the call, rather than stated as fact.

  2. Can it write into Recruiterflow?

Yes. Notes, candidate updates and files are all supported.

  3. Who approves?

A person, before anything is filed or sent.

  4. Where does the research come from?

The company’s own website and public news, checked when the briefing is written, plus what your firm already holds on the client.
